All sticks are individually packaged and vacuum sealed and stamped with a sell by shelf date. All product is shipped out with a projected shelf date of 9-12 months. Use your discretion if you still have product past the shelf date, but we discount it just as any other outlet store would, you know like the old bread stores. We even use them as giveaways with other purchases.
Jerky: Prime cuts of meat, ground, mixed with seasonings and formed flat, slow smoked for up to seven hours to capture the flavors of the selected hardwoods. Genuine jerky is always flat.
Sausage: Prime cuts of meat, ground, mixed with seasonings and injected into a thin edible casing utilizing the sausage making process, then slow smoked for up to seven hours to capture the flavors of the selected hardwoods. I hate to break the news to you, but if it's round, it's sausage!
Dealer package includes one free 9 box (18 product) floor display (and 9 display boxes with dividers you assemble, watch videos) and a total of 1296 sticks in 24 count bags. When you set up display and insert the dividers (which you make from the removable part of the box, video shows you how)each section will hold 18 jerky sticks which are flat or 12 sausage sticks which are round.
Don't let the sausage scare you it is made using the same process as another very popular brand of sausage with the initials "SJ" just not as greasy as that brand. Made by a family owned business that brought the recipe to the US from Europe several generations ago. All the flavors are tolerable, even the spicy flavors, the taste is not overbearing and full of flavor. A full display (with 18 each of the jerky flavors and 12 each of the sausage flavors) will hold a total of 270 sticks. MSRP per stick is $2.15 and your wholesale cost per stick is $1.26
