Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Order tracking will also be provided.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Free shipping for all orders over minimum purchase requirement of $100 in continental US. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart total and using the shipping calculator on the USPS web site or UPS web site, However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Some items may offer free shipping, those that don't are shipped based on standard shipping costs from either USPS or UPS. Every item has a listed weight.
