Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
     Order tracking will also be provided.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Free shipping for all orders over minimum purchase requirement in continental US. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart total and using the shipping calculator on the USPS web site or UPS web site, However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Some items may offer free shipping, those that don't are shipped based on standard shipping costs from either USPS or UPS.

 Shipping Terms

 Most orders received are packed and shipped within 24 hours

 Delivery times may vary, but in most cases is 3 to 5 business days.

 We use both UPS and USPS to ship orders in CONUS only.

 Orders over $99 get free shipping in CONUS only.

 Shipping costs are based on a UPS Shipping Rate Chart

 Standard UPS ground rate drop ship from zip code 11779 to destination

  1. Standard USPS flat rate from zip code 29316 to destination

 Returns Policy

Aircorpcamo offers the following Returns Policy:

  • No returns after 30 days.

  • All returns must be pre-authorized before returning.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

  • Any products returned must have all tags and packaging intact.

  • If product does not appear in new condition for resale, Credit will not be issued.

  • Defective merchandise is replaced on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances of the defect. Obvious signs of abuse will not be compensated.

  • All authorized returns receive store credit only.

  • Store credit can be applied to any future purchase.

  • All online orders are required to be prepaid in full before items are released for shipping to customer.

  • Customer refused shipments forfeit any and all deposit.
