Store these products in a controlled temperature environment (Below 74 degrees Fahrenheit) away from direct sun light as it could spoil. Refrigeration not required. Perishable items cannot be returned.
Genuine Jerky is meat compressed flat and uncased.
Sausage is ground meat, mixed spices and cased like any supermarket sausage, shape is round.
