Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Visit the Customer Service > Account Information page. This page displays a list of your orders. Click the date of the order you’d like to check for detailed status information.
Order tracking details will also be provided when available.
Q: What are your shipping costs?

Free shipping is available for all orders over $100 within the continental United States (CONUS).

Shipping cost for orders below $100 are calculated based on weight of your order and the delivery location. Local orders can be picked up at the store.

Final shipping costs will be shown on your order invoice before checkout confirmation.

Some products include free shipping; those that don’t will ship at standard USPS or UPS rates, based on the item’s listed weight.
